Hello! I’m Andrew, the proud owner of KirbyAppeal Vacations, a short-term vacation rental company that’s been providing exceptional stays in the Smoky Mountains and along the Emerald Coast of Florida since 2019. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of welcoming wonderful guests from all around the world to our beautiful vacation homes, and it’s been an incredible journey.
A Family Man at Heart
When I’m not managing our vacation properties or ensuring our guests have the best experience possible, I’m a proud father to three amazing children and a husband to my incredible wife. Our family is the cornerstone of everything I do, and I truly believe in making every moment count. Whether we're exploring the beauty of the Smoky Mountains or unwinding together at a Florida home, family time is at the center of our lives.
Passionate About Life’s Simple Joys
I believe that life is about melding together work, passion, and the things that bring us joy. Personally, I love spending time outdoors, and one of my favorite hobbies is gardening for our family. There’s something peaceful and fulfilling about nurturing a garden, whether it’s for our table or just to enjoy the beauty of nature. It’s a hobby that connects me to the earth and to my loved ones.
In addition to gardening, I’m also an avid fan of live music and playing music myself—particularly drumming. There’s nothing like the rhythm of a good drumbeat, and I love spending time jamming out with my kids or just enjoying a live performance.
I’m also a huge fan of live sports—whether I’m catching a game on TV or attending one in person, there’s something about the energy of a live match that’s electrifying. And let’s not forget about golf—a game I enjoy both for the challenge and the relaxation it offers. A round of golf is always a great way to unwind and connect with nature.

As the owner of KirbyAppeal Vacations, I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to some truly amazing places. I’ve always believed that travel is one of the best ways to learn about the world, and it’s been my mission to share the beauty of our properties with guests who are looking for a special getaway. Whether it’s the majestic Smoky Mountains or the Emerald Coast of Florida, our vacation homes are designed to offer a memorable experience.
In addition to travel, I’ve developed a growing appreciation for wine—whether it’s discovering a new favorite bottle or enjoying a glass with friends and family, wine has a way of bringing people together. It’s a part of the relaxing atmosphere I try to create in each of our homes, where guests can unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime.
