COST OF SERVICES

Choose one of three options! As an owner, you deserve to have options.

- ONE TIME $500 listing setup fee per property

- 15% commission paid via a monthly flat fee based on current/projected rent revenue plus a $50/mo software/tech fee per listing plus 50% damage waiver fee split.

- 17% commission paid monthly on booked rental receipts plus a monthly $50/mo software/tech fee per listing plus 50% damage waiver fee split.

- 20% commission paid monthly on booked rental receipts plus 50% damage waiver fee split.
